While is undoubtedly needs some work, once finished you would have a great 25 Outrage. Asking $7000 obo but I bet you could get it for less ($5000 cash in hand?). As anyone who has done a 22 or 25 Whaler project will tell you there is a lot of work and money that can go into making it like new again but, there is a solid return on investment for those willing to tackle a project like this on their own time.
